- Early last year I ordered some custom chips from them. I was told they
- would be in stock the next day and so I placed an order asked for FedEx
- shipment. A week went by and nothing. I called and was told that the
- parts didn't come in but were due next week and would ship then. Of
- course, once again, nothing shipped. Months later, they shipped one of
- the parts. Weeks later, they shipped the other but it was the wrong
- revision. I had to return it to them at my cost. I was getting pretty fed
- up with their service by this time and I included a letter detailing
- everything I thought was wrong with their service. I didn't use obscenity
- or call them names but when they shipped the replacement part they wrote
- insults on the outside of the package. Finally to top it all off, they
- double charged my credit card for the second part and had originally
- charged my card the full amount a month before shipping even the first
- part.
-
- They never return calls, even though they say they will and if you have a
- problem, the person who you have to talk to is always out of the office.
-
- IMO they are lower than pond scum.
-
- But why get an A500+ motherboard? You can pick up a used A2000 for a
- couple hundred and it will probably come with SCSI controller, HD and
- memory. Then you have someplace to put a Picasso board.
